At Brilliant Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and hardware purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
